Matt Henry is the President and CEO of Fehr & Peers – the largest niche transportation planning and traffic engineering consulting firm in the nation with 200+ employees in 12 offices throughout the western US. Fehr & Peers is widely recognized as a leader in developing innovative and creative transportation solutions. His corporate responsibilities include leadership and oversight of the firm’s strategic and operational initiatives, as well as personnel issues and financial performance. Matt has led major growth initiatives including several new offices, two acquisitions, an internally-funded research and development program, and the firm’s expansion into the Pacific Rim marketplace. In addition to his corporate role, he also maintains involvement in select projects such as the I-80 Express Lanes project in Solano County, the Preserve (i.e., a ground-breaking One Planet Living development in Stockton), and the I-15 CORE design/build project in Salt Lake City, Utah.
