For over 18 years, Jim has explored and implemented innovative processes and technologies throughout his career including, more than ten years ago, the early application of 3D / BIM applications and technologies for design and construction.

Jim has held various positions including the Manager of an office in Houston, Texas, Manager of the Special Projects Division (interior fitout) in Connecticut, Operations Manager of an innovative concrete product subsidiary start-up company in New Jersey, and management of New York / NJ Region Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) / Building Information Modeling (BIM) Department.
