Laurie has provided leadership to firms in the A/E industry for over 25 years. She is currently a Principal and the Director of Human Resources at Anshen+Allen. Prior to joining Anshen+Allen, Laurie led the Human Resources and Organizational Development efforts of leading firms in the industry such as PSOMAS, Gensler, and Ratcliff. Laurie is a frequent speaker for industry organizations such as the AIA, ACEC Senior Executives Institute, AEBL and SMPS. Laurie received a BA from UC Berkeley.
