Rory Vance CEO, KnowledgeSmart “How do you know what you know?”	Rory Vance is CEO of KnowledgeSmart, a company that builds online skills testing tools, helping AEC businesses to capture and share knowledge. Rory works with a wide range of practices, helping them to improve their training programs and recruitment and induction processes. Rory is a popular speaker in the area of improving CAD & BIM productivity within the construction industry. Twice a year he chairs an industry technology focus group attended by senior representatives from 25 leading architectural and engineering practices.
